14th MANAGING PARTNERS FORUM 2021
5 + 6 MARCH 2021
PIER ONE SYDNEY HARBOUR | SYDNEY
2021 THEME:
RESILIENCE AND
RE-INVENTION - POSITIONING FOR GROWTH
The new decade started with an unprecedented pandemic that changed the world as we know it, forcing the corporate world to change and adjust its working model practically overnight. The legal industry was not exempt, it had to be agile and solution-centric, transforming to adapt to this new normal. Yet prosperity lies in the good actions of today and the ability of firms to take advantage of the learnings and disruption that COVID has caused.
The Managing Partners Forum will be discussing how transforming your business to support growth is imperative for continuity in this changed world. It will look at Australia’s place in the post-Covid global economy, and the global legal market as a whole, which has been impacted by a range of economic and demographic factors. The event will also explore the topics of business continuity; the changing nature of client demands, as well as new ways of engaging and serving clients; the challenges and opportunities of managing a more flexible workforce, and keeping staff safe and healthy amongst other topics. In the words of Alain de Botton, ‘ a good half of the art of living is resilience’ and for law firms, resilience and reinvention are indispensable for growth.
